Who Are We?
The Northwest Georgia Daylily Society (NWGDS) is a group of people who are passionate about daylilies. We enjoy the flowers every summer, but more than that, we love growing the plants, hybridizing them to create new varieties, talking about daylilies, and learning more about them. The only thing that makes us happier than seeing the first bloom of the season is introducing new people to the joy of daylilies.
Our members come from all over Georgia to our monthly meetings in Cartersville. Each meeting includes fun, friendship, refreshments, and most importantly, DAYLILIES!
Interested in joining NWGDS? Contact us using the form below for more information or visit us at an upcoming meeting.
As an affiliate of the American Daylily Society (ADS), our mission is to promote daylilies, and educate the public about this wonderful, easy to care for, beautiful plant that we love. For more information about daylilies, or to join the ADS, visit www.daylilies.org.
